Keep in mind that Australia Post are currently facing processing and shipping delays due to the COVID-19 lockdowns so it may take longer than what you are used to for your order to be delivered. We understand how eager you are to receive your goodies and we appreciate your patience.

Order Dispatch Timeframe
In non-peak periods, most orders are dispatched within 2 business days and orders containing monogrammed products will require up to 4 business days to be dispatched.
During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above. All orders globally are processed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.
Domestic Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post. Please use the below chart to determine your local area's delivery times once your order has been dispatched. Any customs taxes or duties imposed by your local customs office are not covered by kikki.K and are not included in your shipping cost. Please be sure to check your local customs laws to be informed about any additional fees that may be required to process your order upon arrival to the destination country.
