My Birthday/Anniversary voucher code is invalid
Some of our guests have reported receiving invalid voucher codes which are not applying at checkout. If your membership treat has been affected by this issue, please contact our Guest Experience Team via live chat during business hours and a new code will be generated for you. If you need to contact us outside business hours, please submit a request and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
I haven’t received my Birthday/Anniversary Voucher
Please ensure you've updated your birthday in your account. You can do this online by logging into your account here. If you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, these vouchers will no longer be sent. If you are still subscribed and are not receiving your membership treats, please be sure to check your spam or junk folder and get in touch with our Guest Experience Team if you're still unable to find them.
I’m having trouble applying my membership voucher to my order
When applying your voucher, please make sure that you have signed up to the correct region you are shopping from, as our vouchers will be sent in the currency for that region. Please also make sure that you are entering your code into the ‘Apply Promo Code’ field on the View Bag screen, or the payment screen during checkout.
