I’m having trouble applying a promotion or voucher
When applying your voucher, please make sure that you have signed up or purchased your voucher from the correct region you or the recipient will be shopping from, as our vouchers will be sent in the currency for that region.
Please enter your voucher code into the Apply Promo Code field on either the View Bag page or the payment page during checkout.

If the promotion you are trying to apply has a code to enter, please make sure you are entering this in the Apply Promo Code field on either the View Bag page or the payment page during checkout.
