What happened to your UK site?
Unfortunately due to our current business challenges our UK site is currently closed. You can still shop with us on our Rest of World site while we work on getting our UK site back up and running. All orders will be dispatched from Melbourne, Australia and may be eligible for import taxes. For more information we would recommend contacting your local customs services.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way to you, your tracking information will be provided to you by DHL. You can use your tracking number on their website to follow your order's progress.
Do you offer click and collect?
Though we don’t currently offer click and collect at kikki.K, please feel free to give your local kikki.K boutique a call to see if they have your goodies in stock. They’ll be more than happy to put these on hold for you so that you can pick them up in store. Please be advised that some of our stores are currently closed to protect the wellbeing of our team and the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?
Our shipping partners have updated their delivery processes in response to COVID-19. Please see their website for the most recent updates. If you're not home, a card will be left and the parcel may be awaiting collection at a nearby pickup point or you may have the option for redelivery. Our friends at DHL provide an exceptional delivery service, however in the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or stolen, unfortunately kikki.K cannot be held responsible.
Can I change my shipping address?
All orders are final sale, please be sure to carefully check your address details when checking out your order. Our website uses a validation database to ensure that your address exists and is deliverable. If you have any trouble searching your address, please use our full form.
Please get in touch with our Guest Experience Team as soon as possible if you need to request an address change. While we will always do our best to process your request, unfortunately due to high demand we cannot guarantee that your address can be updated before dispatch.
