How long does delivery take?
Our orders are processed directly from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. For delivery estimates to your area after dispatch, please see our Shipping and Delivery page. Please note that as the delivery of your item is handled by our friends at Couriers Please and DHL, we cannot guarantee these timeframes particularly during peak sale periods. If we are aware of any potential delays we will be sure to notify you on kikki-k.com
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way to you, your tracking information will be provided to you by Couriers Please (within Australia) or DHL (All other regions). You can use your tracking number on their websites to follow your order's progress.
Do you offer click and collect?
Though we don’t currently offer click and collect at kikki.K, please feel free to give your local kikki.K boutique a call to see if they have your goodies in stock. They’ll be more than happy to put these on hold for you so that you can pick them up in store. Please be advised that our stores are currently closed to protect the wellbeing of our team and the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I need to be home to sign for my parcel?
Our shipping partners have updated their delivery processes in response to COVID-19. Please see their websites below for the most recent updates:

If you're not home, a card will be left and the parcel may be awaiting collection at a nearby pickup point or you may have the option for redelivery. Our friends at Couriers Please and DHL provide an exceptional delivery service, however in the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or stolen, unfortunately kikki.K cannot be held responsible.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes/Parcel Lockers/Parcel Collect addresses?
Unfortunately our delivery partners are unable to deliver to these kinds of addresses, however the good news is that they are able to deliver to street addresses, even in rural areas. Unfortunately we are unable to prevent our checkout page from accepting these kinds of addresses, however if you have submitted an order with an address our partners can't deliver to, we will be in touch to update your order to your street address.
Can I change my shipping address?
All orders are final sale, please be sure to carefully check your address details when checking out your order. Our website uses a validation database to ensure that your address exists and is deliverable. If you have any trouble searching your address, please use our full form.
Please get in touch with our Guest Experience Team as soon as possible if you need to request an address change. While we will always do our best to process your request, unfortunately due to high demand we cannot guarantee that your address can be updated before dispatch.
