Our website validates your address against a database to ensure that it is entered in the most appropriate format for our delivery partners. Please note that this format does not accept the ‘/’ symbol. Unit or apartment numbers will need to be entered in the ‘Unit 4, 18 Sample Street’ format. Once you start typing your address a list of suggestions will appear. If you are unable to find your address within this database, please click ‘Can’t find your address? Try full form’ to enter your address details manually.
My order is a gift, can I remove the invoice/add a personalised note/Gift Wrapping
None of our online orders are currently shipped with paper invoices, so these will not be included for any gift orders. Unfortunately we do not currently have an option for personalised notes or gift wrapping for online orders. If you have a kikki.K boutique nearby, our team members will be more than happy to wrap any gifts using our gift wrap purchased in store.
