I just signed up to become a member but I haven’t yet received a Welcome Voucher
Our Welcome Treats are sent to your email inbox within 48 hours of becoming a member. If this time has passed and you still haven’t received it, please get in touch with our Guest Experience Team. Please note that Welcome Treats are only generated once. If you have previously been a member with us either in store or online, you will not receive a second Welcome Voucher.
I haven’t received my Birthday/Anniversary Voucher
If you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, these vouchers will no longer be sent. If you are still subscribed and are not receiving your membership treats, please get in touch with our Guest Experience Team.
I’m having trouble applying my membership voucher to my order
When applying your voucher, please make sure that you have signed up to the correct region you are shopping from, as our vouchers will be sent in the currency for that region. Please also make sure that you are entering your code into the ‘Apply Promo Code’ field in the View Bag screen, not the ‘Enter Gift Card or Voucher Number’ field on the checkout page (this is only for Gift Vouchers).
