It sounds like you may be a member with us in store, but not yet online. Please try creating a new account under the same email address and you should be good to go! Please note that if you already have a membership in store, a second welcome voucher will not be generated.
I’m having trouble applying a promotion
The first thing we’d recommend doing is checking the terms and conditions of the promotion. It may be that you have some goodies in your bag that are not applicable for this particular promotion. If the promotion you are trying to apply has a code to enter, please make sure you are entering this in the ‘Apply Promo Code’ field on the View Bag screen, not the ‘Enter Gift Card or Voucher number’ field on the checkout screen (this one is just for gift vouchers).
